Adam Dippre is a freelance trombonist and educator located on the eastern shore of Virginia. He is the founder of the Los Angeles Trombone Collective (LATC). His previous experiences include performances with groups such as Big Black Delta, The Airborne Toxic Event, Mike Keneally, and the United States Air Force Band. Having a diverse background in music, Adam regularly performs with orchestras, big bands, chamber ensembles, and a variety of R&B, rock, pop, and cover bands. He received his Bachelor of Music degree from the North Carolina School of the Arts and his Master of Fine Arts from the California Institute of the Arts. He was a scholarship student of James Miller throughout his college years.

Adam has recorded twice with the CalArts Big Band at Capitol Records, performed with numerous chamber ensembles including the New Century Players and Wild Up!, and premiered a wide variety of newly composed operas, trombone choirs, trombone quartets, orchestral and chamber compositions. His trombone quartet, Mellified Men, received mention in LA Weekly two weeks in a row for their weeklong performance of Karlheinz Stockhausen's "From the Seven Days". His performance with the LATC at The Wulf was ranked among the "Top Five Things to do in LA" by LA Weekly. In 2014, he joined the United States Marine Corps and he is currently stationed with the Quantico Marine Corps Band. Residing in Stafford, Virginia.
