Ondina is an evocative and contemplative composition for chamber orchestra. Before turning into a concert piece, was originated as incidental music for a TV documentary that showed the landscapes of the Northwest part of Mexico: Sinaloa, Sonora, and Baja California. All of them are located in the Pacific Ocean.
