Our review board meets once annually, in November of each year. Composers of accepted compositions will be notified by e-mail at the close of the review period. Accepted compositions needing additional editing to prepare the work for publication will be the responsibility of the composer to complete. Our engraving services department is available to anyone wanting this assistance. An Ars Nova Press editor will be assigned to accepted cases and will assist as needed. A contract will be mailed to the composer of accepted works which must be signed and returned before publication.

- A short biography and current photo (Ars Nova composers don't need to send this unless it needs to be updated)
- A short piece description
- An mp3 recording, or link to a live recording of the work. We're sorry, but due to committee requests, we can no longer accept a computer rendering of the work.
